With 33 years of experience in the custom home building industry, Jarret has mastered the transition from a simple idea to a finished home. After decades of managing operations and partnerships within the local building community, he founded Well26 to return to a more intentional and hands-on way of working. As the lead designer and builder, Jarret personally orchestrates every project. He specializes in solving spatial puzzles and creating the custom plans that align a client’s vision with a realistic budget. His approach is rooted in the belief that a home deserves a methodical process, constant integrity, and the steady oversight that three decades of expertise provides.

While the physical build is orchestrated on-site, Shay ensures the Well26 experience is communicated with clarity and inspiration. With a background in fine arts and graphic design, she manages the brand strategy and digital presence. She bridges the gap between the technical build and the client’s journey, ensuring every homeowner feels connected to the process. Currently working alongside her father, Shay brings a fresh and modern perspective to the family business. She translates the methodical craft of building into a refined and accessible digital experience for clients.
