We believe the process should be as seamless and rewarding as the final result. Below, our clients share their personal experiences of the design-build journey.
We began planning our new home on our farm in 2013 and interviewed several companies to find the right fit. Jarret quickly stood out for his genuine interest in our needs, his respect for our ideas, and his open, honest communication.
During the build, our family was also facing a cancer diagnosis. It was an incredibly difficult and uncertain time, and the added stress of building could have easily become overwhelming. Jarret met us with compassion, patience, and quiet steadiness throughout. He truly listened, adapted when needed, and ensured that our home continued to reflect our needs, even as our circumstances changed.
The result is a home that truly feels like ours—a place of comfort during a challenging chapter in our lives. The quality is exceptional, and his hands-on approach and attention to detail were evident every step of the way.

We built our first home in 2005 with Jarret. We became instant friends and we trusted him. 18 years later we were looking to downsize and be in a bungalow. Our first call was to Jarret. He helped us find the perfect lot. Leigh Ann loves to draw up her own plans and together they worked on it before it went to final drafting. My wife and I had the experience of a lifetime in 2024. We met Jarret Hoffmann. It was unreal how Jarret took our initial thoughts, wonders, worries, and dreams and suddenly, in a matter of days, had the beginning stages drafted for what would be our dream home.
